Precision Disk Series Single Disk No-Till Air DrillsFor low-disturbance, single-disk planting in high-residue conditions, choose the Precision Disk 30 or Precision Disk 40 single disk no-till air drill. They’re best in class for accurate depth control, consistent seed placement, and low furrow sidewall compaction.
Add a Precision Air™ air system. Match these air drills to a Case IH Precision Air air system to accurately deliver seed and fertilizer.
Massive frame. The weight required to efficiently put openers into the ground is built directly into the strength of the massive Precision Disk frame. Walkbeams and flotation tires maintain consistent toolbar height, and the open design allows easy access to adjust each row opener from either the front or back.
Flexible rank down pressure. Case IH is the first to offer flexible rank down pressure for optimum seed placement. Adjust the down pressure to each rank separately for different depth applications, or completely lock up a rank to change row spacing and configurations. To ensure consistent seed placement, Case IH offers a range of down pressure adjustments from 250 to 510 lbs. (113.4 to 231.3 kg) on each opener.
Impressive additional benefits:
Reduced horsepower requirementsSignificantly reduced weed pressure due to minimized soil disturbanceImproved clearance in high straw - tall straw flows easily through a Precision Disk frame. (With air hoe drill designs, if straw height is not limited to the width of the shank spacing, plugging concerns emerge.)Easy transport. Over-center folding wings allow you to move in and out of the field easily.
