DH Draper Headers

If you work in cereal grains or specialty crops, you've got to see the Case IH DH Series draper headers. Choose between two cutterbar systems, Case IH or Schumacher.

Four models make quick work of big acreage, with more double-knife and double-swath model options. Each model is compatible with any of the WD "3" Series windrowers, just choose the cutting and version width that fits your operation.

Cutting Widths

  • DH212: 21 ft. (6.4 m)
  • DH252: 25 ft. (7.6 m)
  • DH302: 30 ft. (9.1 m)
  • DH362: 36 ft. (11 m)

    Versions

  • Single-knife drive, center-delivery (available on the DH252 and DH302)
  • Single-knife drive, double-swath (available on the DH252 and DH302)
  • Double-knife drive, center-delivery (available on all four models)
  • Double-knife drive, double-swath (available on all four models)

    Advantages in green crop conditions:

  • Double-knife versions are available on all models
  • Choose from either five- or six-bat pickup reels with steel or plastic fingers. Pickup reels are better at lifting crop to the cutterbar in downed crop conditions
  • Cutterbar steel skid shoes are durable and long-wearing and recommended when running the header close to the ground to achieve a low cut height
  • The hay guard fits just behind the cutterbar and directs the crop on top of the draper belts

A return-to-cut feature uses cut height cylinders on each lift arm to allow you to easily return to the pre-set cutting height on each pass. This adjustment can be made quickly and easily from the seat of the cab, using the cut height control switches on the MFPL.

The Case IH header hydraulic flotation system provides for maximum control, allowing the header to closely follow ground contours so you capture all the crop you grow.

Low-profile cutterbar design is ideal when harvesting short crops.

  • On double-knife systems choose either the Case IH or Schumacher design to optimize your performance.
  • Cutterbar is improved for better cutting performance, especially in green crop applications and when cutting close to the ground.
  • In-cab hydraulic header tilt control allows you to adjust cutting angle to match crop conditions.
  • Large-diameter reel provides superior delivery of the crop to the cutterbar.
